Travel Tip #2

Make some important phone calls
  • Contact your bank and credit card/ debit card providers to let them know you’ll be traveling so they can anticipate the charges and don’t suspect fraudulent activity.

  • If you’re traveling abroad, find out if they have a non-800 number you can call in case of an emergency.  800 numbers will not work from outside of the US.

  • If you want to take your cell phone outside of the country, call your provider to learn about what options are available for travel.
